The amount of work involved in this is HUGE. The back room and coaches alone would be 10-15 people committed to getting it up and running. As far as i can see were talking about turning water into wine again and the chances of that happening are the same as Joe Cole winning anything at liverpool!!!

It's a effing shame as Ireland has talent to be competitive.
